| 摘 要： | 当前，中国一些农村干部的素质跟不上时代要求，严重制约了和谐社会的建构成效。根据马克思主义的因果关系理论，其原因可以从主观与客观两个维度来分析。在构建和谐社会的话语背景下，必须采取切实可行的对策措施。及时实现农村干部素质建设的持续创新。

| Abstract: | At present,a few rural cadres' qualities in China are very bad,which greatly impeded the process of building a harmonious society.With the view of Marxism,we can find out the subjective and objective reasons.The key to solve the problems is to take feasible measures to achieve lasting innovations. |
