盐酸环丙沙星、恩诺沙星和诺氟沙星对孔雀鱼急性毒性试验研究

摘    要:在室内常温、静水条件下,利用盐酸环丙沙星、恩诺沙星和诺氟沙星3种药物,采用生物毒性试验方法对孔雀鱼进行急性毒性试验研究.3种药物都设置了5个质量浓度梯度,盐酸环丙沙星药物质量浓度为300、350、400、450和500mg/L,诺氟沙星药物质量浓度为200、225、250、275和300mg/L,恩诺沙星药物质量浓度为25、50、75、100和125mg/L.通过24、48和96h中毒和死亡情况的观察,结果表明:盐酸环丙沙星、诺氟沙星和恩诺沙星对孔雀鱼的安全质量浓度分别为:300、200、25mg/L,最低致死质量浓度分别为350、225、50mg/L,半致死质量浓度为365、237、70mg/L,3种药物对孔雀鱼的毒性依次为:恩诺沙星>诺氟沙星>盐酸环丙沙星.

Abstract:Under the room temperature, static water conditions, the experiment took advantage of ciprofloxacin HCI, enrofloxacin and norfloxacin. And it studied the acute toxicity experience to the guppy with the experimental methods of comparative analysis and toxicology. This experiment will firstly set 5 teams of concentration gradient for the 3 drugs. And it is ciprofloxacin HCI 300,350.400. 450 and 500 mg/L , norfloxacin 200,225,250.275 and 300 mg/L , enrofloxacin 25.50.75.100 and 125 mg/L. Under the observation of poisoning and death in 24 , 48 and 96 h, the guppies safe concentrations of ciprofloxacin HCI, enrofloxacin and norfloxacin are: 300. 200.25 mg/L , the minimum lethal oxygen concentration: 350.225.50 mg/L , half lethal concentration: 365.237.70 mg/ L. The experiment result shows: enrofloxacin has the strongest toxicity, and then the norfloxacin, and ciprofloxacin HC1 has the weakest.
