摘    要:针对某煤气厂生化处理出水总氰不达标的问题,采用Fenton试剂氧化法对出水进行了深度处理实验.考察了pH值、H2O2投加量、n(H2O2)/n(Fe2+)等因素对COD和总氰去除率的影响,并从去除率及经济性出发,确定了Fenton试剂的最佳操作条件.实验证实,Fenton试剂氧化法可实现对总氰的有效去除,使生化出水总氰的质量浓度低于0.3mg/L.

Abstract:The advanced treatment of coking wastewater by Fenton reagent was studied due to the total cyanide concentration of the effluent is not up to the standard. The effects of operating conditions, such as pH value, H2O2 dosage, and n(H2O2)/n(Fe2+), on the COD and total cyanide removal were discussed, and then the optimal conditions were determined from the removal efficiency and economy. The result shows that Fenton reagent can reduce the total cyanide concentration to less than 0.3 mg/L efficiently.
