| 摘 要： | 针对激进式转型和渐进式转型两种转型方式在支付转型成本上的不同特点，从实施成本和风险成本两个方面对煤矿城市的转型成本和转型方式进行了比较，运用资源型产业的利润函数曲线对煤矿城市转型的时机进行了分析，提出在不损失利润晟大的前提下，在利润下降的区间增加一部分长期平均成本来实现城市的转型，将是煤矿城市转型时机的最优选择。

| Abstract: | In view of the different characteristics of the transition cost which comes from radical reform and evolutionary reform, comparing the transition cost and transition way from the two sides: practice cost and risk cost, the profit function curve of the recourse industry is used to analyze the transition occasion of coal mining city. This paper proposes on the premise of not losing the biggest profits, in block where profit drops increasing a part of long-term average costs to realize the transition of city is the optimal choice of coal mining city transition opportunity. |
