三软煤层老空区煤柱开采巷道支护技术试验研究

摘    要:新庄煤矿3304工作面为煤软、顶板和底板岩层都软的三软煤层老空区煤柱开采,顺槽巷道沿空掘进,底鼓强烈,严重影响正常生产.为确定合理的支护形式,控制底鼓的产生,现场测定了支架的受力及项、底板移动变形,分析了影响巷道底鼓的因素,通过井下底板锚网支护试验,提出该开采条件下的巷道支护形式,现场应用效果较好.

Abstract:Mining of No. 3304 coal face of Xinzhuang Colliery belongs to the situation of coal pillar mining of the old mining area known for weak coal seams in 3 aspects (3-seft seam). When driving along next goat', the case of the floor heave emerge almost instandy, which severely affects normal production. In this research, on-the-spot Measuring of the supporting force, the movement and deformation of the floor are conducted, then the models and influencing factors of the floor heave are analyzed and determined. A new roadway supporting method is put forward after an anchor net supporting experiment has been conducted.
