傣药止血藤化学成分的研究

采用多种色谱分离技术,经波谱分析以及理化常数测定,从止血藤乙醇提取物中分离并确定了8个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(1)、豆甾醇(stiqmssterol)(2)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(stigmast-4-en-3-one)(3)、3-羟基-豆甾-5-烯-7-酮(3-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one)(4)、白桦脂酸(betulinic acid)(5)、大黄素(Emodin)(6)、大黄素甲醚(Physcion)(7)、羽扇豆酮(Lupeone)(8).以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.止血藤(Spatholobus uniauritus Wei)为豆科密花豆属植物单耳密花豆(Spatholobus Hassk)的干燥藤茎,特产于我国云南,在西双版纳地区多被作为傣族习用药材使用,目前尚未见对止血藤植物化学成分的研究报道.

Study on the chemical constituents of Spatholobus uniauritus Wei

Hematischesis cane( Spatholobus uniauritus Wei) is a dry stem of the plants of Spatholobus Hassk family which is a kind of specialty in Yunnan province of China. It is used as a traditional medicine of the Dai people in Xishuangbanna. There has been no research on its chemical compositions. This study has used several kinds of chromatographic separation technology and spectrum analysis,determined the related physicochemical constants,isolated from the Hematischesis cane ethnology extract and determined 8 chemical compounds as follows: β- sitosterol( 1),stiqmssterol( 2),stigmast-4- en-3- one( 3),3- hydroxystigmast-5- en-7- one( 4),betulinic acid( 5),emodin( 6),physcion( 7) and lupeone( 8). All the compounds have been isolated from the plant for the first time.
