球头旋转锉的几何建模和精确成型理论研究

摘    要:通过分析刀刃的螺旋特性,建立了球头旋转锉刀刃及螺旋槽的理想几何模型.旋转锉螺旋槽的成型理论是基于实现其理想几何模型的,不仅可精确保证刀刃形状,而且前角和槽深也能完全满足设计的规定.文中加工实例的计算机仿真验证了刀具—刀槽间的运动函数关系及相应公式的正确性.

Abstract:In this paper, based on the analyzes of helical characteristics, ideal geometric models of cutting edges and helical grooves of nose burr are developed. The principle of machining is based on carrying out the ideal geometric model of helical groove of nose burr, that is not only the shape of cutting edge being accurately machined but rake angle and depth of groove also meeting the requirement of designing.The fundamental relationship of tool-groove engagement for groove shaping and the complex formulas related are identified by the example of machining and its computer simulation.
