供应链运作中的时间压缩策略分析

摘    要:为了提高供应链的市场竞争能力,本文从供应链的两条提前渠道———物流和信息流的传递渠道,分析供应链运作中的时间压缩策略。基于史蒂芬纽的研究成果,物流的时间压缩从以下三个方面进行分析:企业供应链、产品供应链、供应链合作伙伴关系。信息流的时间压缩通过信息共享和人员培训两种途径来进行。并指出:物流和信息流的时间压缩是并立而行的,只有两者的密切合作才能使全部循环时间达到最小。

Abstract:In order to improve the competitive ability of a supply chain in market, the tactics about time reduction during the supply chain operating is analyzed from two channels of communication in the supply chain, i.e. transferring channel of logistics and information flow. According to the Stephen New's researching achievement, this article analyzes reducing time reduction in logistics from three points: internal supply chain, product supply chain and supply chain partner cooperation. Reducing the time in information by the information sharing and persons training. Then points out that the time reduction of the logistics and information flow are in progress at the same time, and only when both of them inseparably cooperate, they can minimize the whole cycle time.
