基于Web服务的神经信息学集成环境的架构与设计

摘    要:功能性核磁共振成像技术(fMRI)与正电子断层成像技术(PET)是当前快速发展的脑成像技术,两种成像技术原理不同但功能互补.若能将fMRI成像产生的解剖性信息和PET成像产生的功能性信息结合起来,将能更有利于识别、判断脑部组织的结构与变化;同时,若进一步集成神经信息学相关学科及科研环境,将对基础神经信息学有重大的意义.采用当前流行的Web Service技术设计整合fMRI与PET脑成像技术;同时以浙江大学多学科综合科研环境为背景,进一步设计了一个无缝的资源共享的神经信息学集成环境.

Abstract:Currently,Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging(fMRI) and Positron Emission Tomography(PET) are the fast-developing technologies.They have different imaging principles but complementary functions.If integrating the anatomic information with fMRI image and the functional information with PET image,the changes of brain tissue structure can be identified more easily.Moreover,if integrating the relative subjects and scientific research environment of neuroinformatics,it should be great significance for functional neuroinformatics.The paper designs to integrate the brain imaging technology of fMRI and PET with Web Service technology,moreover,designs a seamless and resource shared integrated environment of neuroinformatics,based on the multi-subjects and integrated scientific research environment of Zhejiang University.
