| Abstract: | The science and technology is a big system.If 'the surplus effect' of 'the whole is bigger than sum of the part' is to be displayed fully,the science and technology should be developed fully and coordinately in its own way,namely,natural science and social science are developed in an all-round way,basic research,application research and development research are studied and unified in coordination,and imitate innovation and autonomous innovation are developed at the same time. |
