摘    要:本文采用石蜡切片法对成年和幼年鹦鹉的发声控制神经核团:上纹状体腹侧尾核(Hyperstriatum Ventrale pars Caudale nucleus,HVC)、古纹状体粗核(Nucleus Robustus Archistriatlis,RA)和嗅叶X区(AreaX,X)进行了观察比较,结果发现:发声行为已经得到雌雄分化的成年鹦鹉的发声行为未得到雌雄分化的幼年鹦鹉,它们的发声控制神经核团的均存在着性别差异。

Abstract:This artcle adopt paraffin method which is often usedinbiology. We observed and compared with front brain vocal contol nuclei of adult. Melopsitiacus undelafus and young ones HVC, RA and Area X The result showed that: Sex variant had already formed in vocal control nuclei Sex polarization of vocal action arised in adult Melopsitiacus undelafus but did not in young ones. The result proved that structure polarization of vocat action control nuclei was earlier than behavior.
