| 摘 要： | 学科建设是高校科技创新的基础和原动力,高校的学科建设水平主要体现为科技创新实力。针对当前地方高校在学科建设方面影响科技创新的主要问题,从经费投入、学科环境建设、学科交叉与融合及高新技术平台建设等方面,提出了适应科技创新要求的地方高校学科建设机制构建的主要途径。
