摘    要:本文叙述了作者研制的柴油机着火滞燃期微机检测系统及其应用情况。该系统由传感器、信号处理电路、微型计算机及记录装置组成。传感器检出的信号送入信号处理电路后,经滤波、放大、整形及合成,成为等效于滞燃期的数字脉冲信号。将其输入单板机,运行汇编程序,连续采样并处理滞燃期数据。该系统检测精度高,在故障诊断及自控中使用便利。

Abstract:An MP-based testing system for the ignition time delay in the diesel engine is reported. This system is composed of sensors, the signal processing circuit, micro-processor and recording device. The signal read out of the sensor is to be filtered, amplified, shaped and synthesized and then transformed into a digital pulse one, which is equivalent to the ignition time delay. After receiving this signal, the single-board computer would run an assembly program, sample the pulse signal continuously and process it. This system has been used in a 195-type diesel engine and proved satisfactory in performance.
