摘    要:本文建立了分光光度法测定空气中的甲硫醇。其原理:在强酸性溶液中甲硫醇与对二甲胺基苯胺,氯化铁反应生成红色络合物,比色定量。本文概要叙述了标准样品甲硫醇铅合成、定性鉴定及甲硫醇铅配制甲硫醇气体的方法。分别用液体标准和气体标准做标准曲线进行对比。该法所配制的气体不仅适用于比色法,也为气相色谱法提供了一个较好的配气方法;对方法的稳定性、回收率及其它气体的干扰等,进行了讨论。该方法的摩尔消光系数为1.34×10~4。成功地测定出臭气中甲硫醇含量。

Abstract:In this paper,a method of the determination of methylmercaptan in air by spectrophotometer is described. The principle is that methylmercaptan react with methyiamine phenylamine to formation red complexing agent determined by colorimetric method. The synthesrs and qualitative identification of methylmercaptan-lead and method making up methylm- crcaptan gas with methylmercaptan-lead are described. The methylmer captan gas maked up by this method ont only is applicable to colorimetr method, but also to gas chromatograph. The stabliliey and recoveryi- ratio of method and disturbance of the other gas are discussed. Thec methylmercaptan in Stench is determined bythis method successfully.
