预应力弹簧托辊的力学分析

摘    要:预应力弹托辊是一种新型的托辊机构,本文对其在径向载荷及轴向载荷作用下进行了受力分析,得出了预应力弹簧托辊的强度准则.根据计算知,预应力弹簧托辊的强度主要受轴向载荷的影响,弹簧托辊中间截断面是危险截面,托辊旋转时虽受循环应力作用,但应力幅值较小,强度校核时可按静态处理.

Abstract:Pre-stress spring idler is a new type idler mechanism. this paper analyses the force acted on the idler by the radial and axial load and has obtained the strenth criterion. the strength of pre-stress spring idler is influenced mainly by the axial force, its middle section is dangerouseest, when the idler whirls ,it is affects by small cycled force, its strength can be freated as static state.
