Study on Introductory Guide to New Librarians in Social Transition Period

Along with that the society enters the transition period,the requirements of the library for the librarians have need changed. This paper analyzes the connotations of the social transition period and some qualities that the new librarians should possess in the social transition period,and puts forward some countermeasures for helping the new librarians to get introductory guide in social transition period.
