介观尺度铣削表面形貌仿真物理模型

摘    要:介观尺度铣削工艺受到尺度效应的强烈影响。综合考虑主轴跳动度、最小切削厚度、间断性切屑成形等因素对切削力的影响,建立介观尺度三维铣削力模型;利用虚位移原理建立柔性铣刀弹性变形模型,建立面向介观尺度铣削的微型柔性螺旋立铣刀铣削表面创成物理模型。在此基础上,构建介观尺度铣削表面形貌三维仿真算法,并给出仿真算例。

Abstract:Meso-scale milling process is heavily affected by the size effects.A three-dimensional cutting force model of meso-scale end-milling was proposed by synthetically considering the influence of run-out,minimum chip thickness and intermittence of chip formation;the principle of virtual work was used to model the flexible deflection of end-mill,a milled surface generation model for meso-scale cylindrical helical end-milling operations was developed.Then an algorithm for physical simulation of three-dimensional end-milled surface topography was proposed,and simulation examples were also given.
