| 摘 要： | 利用电子束与重离子冷却储存环中的放射性核束相互作用，包括电子的弹性散射、非弹性散射以及电子散射引起的核反应，可以对不稳定核的结构和性质进行有效的研究．文中对进行这些研究的物理意义、所需电子束亮度以及设备进行了描述和粗略地估计．
