摘    要:以磷石膏、碳酸氢钠、氯化钾为原料,通过二步法制备硫酸钾,主要考察了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对原料转化率的影响,并采用正交实验法确定最佳工艺条件,结果表明,该方法制备的K2SO4达到了ZBG21006-89一级品标准,本研究具有较好的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益,是一条可行的磷石膏综合利用途径.

Abstract:In this paper , potassium sulfate is produced by using two steps conversion reaction in which phosphogypsum,ammonium hydrocarbonate and potassium chloride as the raw material. We mainly studied the material mole ratio,reation temperature and reation time to the effect of the raw material's conversion ratio, then use thogonal method to conclude the optimum technology conditions. The result shows that the two steps conversion reaction for producing potassium sulfate reach ZBG21006-89 primary standard , The study is a feasible way to utilizate phosphogypsum comprehensively which has better benefit to society,environment and economy.
