遗传算法模糊神经网络在列车驾驶中的应用

摘    要:大城市交通问题迫切需要高效率的交通系统,这就要求在交通系统的控制中引入智能控制技术。本文介绍了模糊神经网络与遗传算法的特点, 分析了他们之间相互结合的可能性,并提出了基于遗传算法的模糊神经网络控制算法。该算法使模糊神经网络和遗传算法的优点很好地结合起来。本文还介绍了列车自动驾驶系统的概况,并将新算法用于此系统中。

Abstract:Because the traffic problem in the big cities is serious, the control system of the efficient traffic system should be adopted. Efficient traffic system and intelligent control technologies must be worked out. In this paper, the characters of Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) are introduced. And the possibility of combination of FNN and GA is analyzed. Furthermore, fuzzy neural network control algorithm, which is based on GA, is proposed. And the advantages of the algorithm not only include those of FNN but also those of GA. In the end the structure of the ATO is introduced, and the fuzzy neural network control algorithm is adopted in the ATO system.
