对新世纪北京高校人才教育的思考与实践

摘    要:知识经济是21世纪正在快速崛起的一种新经济形态,它对新世纪的教育提出了新的任务.新世纪教育的核心是培养出具有创新力的人才.创新力来自于创新性思维.教师对培养学生创新性思维具有率先的引导作用.创新力来自于学生综合素质的提高,学校应给予学生自主全面发展的机会.创新力来自于学生科学严谨、不惧权威的良好学风,这不仅需要从严做起,还需要鼓励学生个性的张扬.

Abstract:The knowledge based economy is a new economic formation that is rising quickly in the 21st century.It has put a new mission before the new century education.The core of education is to cultivate the creative ability of the students in the new century.The creative ability includes the creative way of thinking of the students.Teachers play a leading role in the training of the way of creative thinking.Creative ability also requires the improvement of the students' comprehensive qualities and universities should offer the students the opportunity to accomplish them.In addition,creative ability will not come out until students develop a good attitude to their studies and dare to challenge the authoritativeness.Furthermore,students should be encouraged to develop their own personalities.
