| 摘 要： | 以油菜种子为实验材料,研究了不同消毒剂及其不同消毒时间对油菜种子的消毒效果,寻找一套适合油菜种子的消毒方法.结果表明:0.1%HgCl2 5min、10%NaClO 15 min、10%NClO 10 min+吐温-80和5%Ca(ClO)2 10 min+吐温-80消毒效果较好,在油菜种子实际消毒时可考虑选用.

| Abstract: | This experiment was conducted to find out the best sterilization method for the rapeseed through investigating effects of different disinfectant agents and disinfectant times on the rapeseed.The results showed that the better sterilization methods were disinfected rapeseed with 0.1% HgCl2 for 5 minutes,10% NaClO for 15 min,10% NaClO+tween-80 for 10 min and 5% Ca(ClO)2+tween-80 for 10 min,respectively. |
