| 摘 要： | 机床主轴转速系列采用混合公比有逐渐增多之势,本文讨论如何拟定其传动方案.文中首先举例描述了混合公比传动内涵的特征;继之分析了几种类型,归纳出各个参数的表达公式及其相互关系,扩大综合成两份表格,可供设计者迅速比较选定之用,最后举有详细实例说明表格的应用.

| Abstract: | The adoption of multiple ratios in the spindle speed series of a machine tool tends to be progressively increasing. How to lay out the kinematic scheme is discussed here. Examples are given to describe the inherent features of the kinematic scheme with multiple ratios, and then several basic types are analyzed, and formulas of individual parameters and their relationship are induced. Using these results and going through further expansion and synthesis, two tables are established for easy comparison and selection of kinematic schemes, Finally, detailed examples are given to show how to use the tables. |
