| Abstract: | A series of new molecular tweezers are synthesized by the condensation of aroyl chlorides and acridine yellow in the presence of triethylamine under microwave irradiation in solvent free conditions. Effects of various factors on the reaction are investigated. The structures of all these compounds are characterized by IR, 1HNMR, MS spectra. |
