经济全球化环境下的企业网络采购风险评价

在经济全球化环境下进行网络采购，企业首先要研究的就是风险规避问题．本文从网络采购模式的特点出发，探讨并建立了企业网络采购的风险评价指标体系，运用突变理论对采购风险进行分析并建立评价模型．算例分析表明，该评价模型具有需要的原始数据少且评价的结果更直观，更精确的特点，使风险评价更具客观性和科学性．

Network purchasing risk evaluation for a company under economic globalization environment

Escaping risk is the first element for a company purchasing on the internet under economic globalization environment. This paper discusses and establishes risk evaluation index systems for a company from the characteristic of network purchasing. It applies catastrophe theory to analyze the purchasing risk and set up an assessment model. Finally, it shows that the assessment model has the character of less original data and objective and exact result by an example to prove the objectivity and scientificity of the risk assessment.
