| 摘 要： | 知识链管理是促进知识共享和知识创新的有效知识管理方法,旨在提高组织的核心竞争力。将知识链管理运用到图书馆的业务流程中,建立了基于业务流程的知识链管理体系,并分析了图书馆知识链管理体系的特点和价值效应。

| Abstract: | The knowledge chain management,which is an effective knowledge management method for promoting the knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation,is conducted to improve the core competitiveness of the organization. This paper applies the knowledge chain management into the operation flow of the library,establishes the knowledge chain management system based on the operation flow,and analyzes the features and the value effect of library's knowledge chain management system. |
