| 摘 要： | 中国现已成为国际反倾销最大受害和主要指挥对象，中国遭受反倾销的现状及原因令人深思。目前，要从加强和完善政府、行业协会和企业“三位一体”的反倾销体系，依法应对外国对我国的反倾销，积极争取主动权。

| Abstract: | China has become the most affected country and the main target of the charg e in international anti -dumping activities.This paper analyzes the present conditions an d puts forward some effective strate gies and suggestions.It also points out that the government,business organizations and enterprises should join tog ether to strengthen and improve the system of anti -dumping and reply actively to o verseas anti -dumping. |
