| 摘 要： | 研究高三尖杉酯碱的纯化工艺，通过正交实验获得最佳纯化方案。通过单因素实验筛选最佳大孔树脂，并对纯化有显著影响的因素进行正交实验，获得最佳纯化方案。选取NRA树脂可以达到最佳纯化目的。选用NRA树脂进行生物碱纯化是可行的，大孔树脂在确定的因素下可以达到最佳纯化作用。
