电器安全漏电流测试的研究

摘    要:介绍一种电器安全检验在热态耐压测试中漏电流及其波形检测的实现.系统采用浮动电位的隔离和磁气耦合技术实现高压电路中电流的检测,设计适当的硬件电路处理被测信号以适合计算机数据采集和Windows编程接口,并达到漏电流峰值检测和波形显示的要求.此方法在实际应用中达到了较好的效果.

Abstract:The implementation of leakage current measurement in withstand voltage test at operating temperature for electric appliance safety inspection is presented in this paper. This system detects the current in high voltage circuit by means of insulation of floating potential and magnetic coupling technology. The detected signal is processed by suitable hardware circuits fitting with computer data acquisition and Windows' programming interface. It can detect the peak value of leakage current and its waveform. The method acquires a fine effect in the application.
