| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展的涵义和人力资本的动态性，我们不难看出，人力资本的再创造和可持续发展之间有看密不可分的关系，人力资本的再创造既是可持续发展的前提，又是可持续发展的保障。为了使经济社会可持续发展，我们必须采取各种有效措施来实现人力资本的再创造。
