| 摘 要： | 晚期罗马怀疑论是与伊壁鸠鲁学派相对立的一个重要学派，由于它为之后的宗教神学即基督哲学的传播与发展作了铺垫，故人们对它的评价、认识多持否定态度。但从认识论的角度来说，它并非完全都是消极的。
