玉米黄色素粗品分析及其精制方法

摘    要:从玉米黄浆中提炼而得的玉米黄色素粗品,经红外、紫外、质谱分析测试,采用薄层层析分离纯化,得到固体玉米黄色素,产品色价提高了1.2倍,产品质量超过GB2760—86标准,提出了可供工业化生产的精制方法。

Abstract:Through ultrared, ultravioled and mass spectrographic analysis, solid zeaxanthin can beobtained by the way of separation and purification of thin layer chromatography from theraw material of zeaxanthin tefined ftom yellow cron steep liquor. As a result, the yellowcolour of its product is increased by 1.2 times and the qualty can surpass GB2760-86 Stand-ard. Therefore, this method is wroth being applied to industrial production.
