基于DSP和FPGA的智能信号源设计

摘    要:针对传统信号发生器源输出信号的频率和幅值不能快速变化的不足,提出了一种基于TMS320F28335和Cyclone II系列FPGA以及高精度D/A的设计方案。设计中通过消除累积误差来提高频率精度,并利用Lowland电流源实现了小信号的远距离传输。实验证明:该信号频率和幅值精度满足指标要求,解决了传统信号发生器不能输出波形组合的不足。现已成功运用于某型号激光接收机的测试。

Intelligent signal source design based on DSP and FPGA

Abstract:A high precision DA design is proposed for the problem that the frequency and amplitude of the output signal of traditional signal generator source can not change rapidly, the design is based on a series of TMS320F28335 and Cyclone II. In the design, the frequency accuracy can be improved by eliminating the accumulated error and long-distance transmission of small-signal could be achieved by the use of Lowland current source. Experiments show that: the signal frequency and amplitude accuracy meets the target and the disadvantage of traditional signal generator which can not produce output combination waveform could be solved. The design has been successfully applied to the laser receiver testing.
