| 摘 要： | 目的探讨可吸收螺钉治疗髋臼前后壁骨折的疗效及优势。方法对2003年12B至2007年1月我院共收治的12例髋关节脱位并髋臼骨折患者采用可吸收螺钉治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果无1例产生并发症及内固定失效，关节功能恢复良好。结论可吸收螺钉是一种取代金属内固定而用于治疗髋臼前后壁骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of absorbable screw in the treatment of anterior and posterior wall fracture of acetabulum. Methods： Clinical data of 12 patients with dislocation of hip joint combined with acetabular fracture who received the treatment of absorbable screw from December 2003 to January 2007 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results： No case occured postoperative complication and failure of internal fixation, the joints function was well after recovery. Conclusion： The absorbable screw is a good method to replace metal internal fixation in the treatment of anterior and posterior wall fracture of acetabulum. |
