黄土高原小流域人居环境研究的新途径

通过反思传统规划方法,指出在黄土高原脆弱生态环境下的可持续人居建设中,传统理论方法的贡献是有限的。提出并阐述了以小流域人居环境为基本单元和突破口,分步骤实现流域 -区域 -地域人居环境三层次发展的新构想,以及小流域模式的可行性研究方法和技术路线。

A research on the human settlements along small drainage basin in the loess plateau

Through reviewing of traditional planning techniques, it is obvious that in the fragile ecological environment of loess plateau the contribution of the traditional theory to the construction of continual human settlements is confined. A new concept has been put forword a new concept that with the foundation of small drainage basin as basic unit and starting, the development of three-level human settlements, i, e., drainage-district-region, could be achieved step by step, and subsequently has been completed corresponding demonstration on the feasibility study as wall as the technique direction and guide line.
