摘    要:原料(木材下脚料)经NaOH预浸后再经双螺旋挤浆机挤压生产本色浆是一种高得率清洁制浆新工艺。这种工艺产生的废水溶出物少,固含量低,可以多次循环使用,但随着循环次数的增加,随浆料带入后段工序的污染物含量也增加,会造成造纸中段水处理困难。为确定废水循环回用和后续废水处理提供基础数据,本文通过实验研究了废水循环次数对废水中固含量、CODcr总还原糖含量以及色度的影响,分析了废水中各成分的含量。

Abstract:Pre-immerging raw materials by NaOH solution and then extruding them by twin-screw extrusion to produce pulp fibers is a clean and novel high yield pulping method. In such cases, the wastewater contains a little dissolved substances, and the solid content is low, so it is possible to recycle for several times. However, with the increase in recycled times, the solid content increases in the next process. So the next process water is more difficult to be treated. This experiment is to study the changes of the solid content, the CODCr, the total reducing sugar content and the chroma of the wastewater in the circulation, in order to provide the basic data for the recycling process and for the treatment of the wastewater in twin-screw extrusion pulping.
