| 摘 要： | 研究了ＹＢａ＿２Ｃｕ＿３Ｏ＿（７－δ）超导体的正电子寿命谱，利用两态捕获模型对实验结果进行了分析，并与非超导的同类样品作了比较，研究了各寿命参数及电子结构和缺陷浓度的变化，观察到了样品内部ＰＳ及ＰＳ￣（－）束缚态的形成现象．

| Abstract: | The positron lifetime spectroscopy was studied on YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) superconductors.The results were analysed by two-state trapping model for superconducting and nonsuperconductingsamples as a comparison. The positron lifetime parameters, local electronic density and defect conccntra- tion were given,The phenomenon of PS and PS￣(-) formation was also observed inside the Y-base super-conducting samples. |
