摘    要:为解决现有重金属中毒治疗中存在的问题,用铅与牛血清蛋白生成的络合物作为中毒模拟血液,对其进行透析,判断铅与牛血清蛋白的络合性能.根据蛋白质分子中多肤链拥有游离氨基和游离羧基以及氨基酸的两性电解质特性,提出采用基于电化学原理的血清蛋白一铅络合物的解离问题,并就解离能的提供方式及其机理进行研究.建立了"外加直流电场一铅络合...
