摘    要:分析了渐开线圆柱直齿轮齿槽截面尺寸与公法线长度偏差之间的关系,推导了公法线长度偏差与基圆齿槽半角之间的关系式,建立了砂轮截面廓形的数学方程式,利用圆弧法逼近渐开线划分节点,通过VC++编程计算节点坐标及生成NC代码程序。

Abstract:The relation between tooth groove sectional size of involute cylindrical straight gears and common normal line length deviation was analysed in this paper.The relationship between the common normal line length deviation and the tooth groove half-angle of the base circle was derived.The mathematical equation of grinding wheel cross-section profile was established.The involute was approached by using arc.The node coordinates was calculated and NC code was generated by VC++ program.
