| 摘 要： | 证券欺诈是在证券交易中的优势犯罪。这种优势体现在信息、权势诸方面，其结果给证券投资人造成损失。论述了证券欺诈的形式与种类，分析了证券欺诈的成因，提出了新颁布的《证券法》中有关证券欺诈的一些规定亟待完善的建议及相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The securities swindle is a dominant crime in the securities trading. This dominant crime, which embodies in aspects of the information, and power and influence, etc., will bring about the loss to the securities investors. This paper discusses on the forms and kinds of the securities swindle, analyzes on the causes of these securities swindle, and puts forward some suggestions and corresponding countermeasures on perfecting the specifications about the securities swindle set in the newly issued as soon as possible. |
