| 摘 要： | 依据体育院系田径教学大纲的基本精神和学生学习中的实际情况,设计了适合当今体育院系学生学习推铅球技术教学的实验方法。结果表明,该方法不光使学生的技术水平得到提高,同时运动成绩也得到显著提高,教学效果显著。

| Abstract: | The dissertation is in the light of the fundamental spirit of the teaching outline of track and field and student's condition of Xi'an physical education institute,reform of shot technique teaching were made.The result shows that the teaching effects are improved in the limited teaching time. |
