全封闭压缩机壳内制冷剂传热特性的实验研究和数值分析

摘    要:全封闭制冷压缩机的结构和热力特性与开启式有较大区别,其流动和传热特性也很复杂,本文讨论了用实验手段测定壳内介质对流换热系数的方法,提出了用流函数-涡量法来计算壳内介质温度场和对流换热系数,为正确设计全封闭压缩机提供了重要依据.

Abstract:This paper presents a numerical method (streamfunction-vorticity method) of calculating the temperature field and coefficient of convective heat transfer for refrigerant in totally-closed compressor. It is in agreement with the data of experimental research. An important scientific basis for the correct design of totally-closed compressor is provided.
