摘    要:用Fe-Ferron遂时络舍比色法研究了含硼聚硅氯化铁(PFSCB)中铁离子的形态分布与转化,考察了nFe/nSi,nB/nSi,熟化时间和硅酸活化时间对铁的形态分布的影响。实验中发现,铁、硼和聚硅酸的加入能够提高PFSCB产品的聚合度;熟化时间延长rFec升高,但rFeb几乎保持不变;当nFe/nSi=1,nB/nSi=0.16,硅酸活化时间为80~120min时,活性最强的Feb的rFeb最大。

Abstract:The species distribution and transformation of iron in polymeric ferric silicate chloride containing boron(PFSCB) are studied by means of Fe-Ferron complexation timed spectrophotometry.The influence of Fe/Si molar ratio,B/Si molar ratio,aging time of PFSCB and polymerization time of silicic acid is studied.It is found that the polymer of PFSCB can be raised by adding iron,boron and polysilicate;with the increase in aging time of PFSCB,the content of Fe-c becomes higher and Fe-b keeps constant;when Fe/Si molar ratio is 1.0,B/Si molar ratio is 0.16 and polymerization time of silicic acid is 80~120 min,the content of Fe-b becomes the highest.
