中国红河—越南老街跨境经济合作区发展研究

跨境经济合作是边境地区开展区域经济合作的一种新形式。目前，中国红河一越南老街跨境经济合作区正在进行第一阶段的建设，其在促进口岸经济发展、提升延边开放水平以及推动昆河经济走廊产业结构调整上发挥了重要作用。在下一步建设中需在争取国家政策支持、加强合作、加快基础设施建设等方面做出努力。

A Research on the development of Cross border economic cooperation zone between Honghe China and Lao Cai Vietnam

Cross border economic cooperation is a kind of new form of regional economic cooperation in border areas. At present, Honghe China and Lao Cai Vietnam cross border economic cooperation zone is in the first phase of construction, which plays an important role in promoting the economic development of the port, improving the opening level of border areas, and the adjustment of industrial structure of Kunming-Hanoi economic corridor. In the next step of the cross border economic cooperation construction, we need to make efforts in the aspects of national policy support, cooperation and infrastructure construction.
