紫杉插穗中生根抑制物的鉴定

摘    要:利用生物和有机方法对紫杉(Taxus cuspidata)插穗内生根抑制物进行了分析鉴定,结果表明,插穗中生根抑制物主要是酚类,它在韧皮部含量最多,其次是针叶,木质部很少。不同技龄的插重酚类物质含量不同,1a生插穗中含量最高,3a生含量最少。从树冠不同部位剪取的穗条酚类物质含量也不同:阳面技条含量高于阴面,树冠下部高于上部。扦插试验进一步验证了生物和有机鉴定结果。在紫杉扦插时,以3a生树冠上部阴面

Abstract:Rooting inhibitor in cutting of Taxus cuspidata was determined with biological and organic mode.The results indicate that the main rooting inhibitor in cutting of Taxus cuspidata are phenol.The content of phenol in different parts is phloem>needle>xylem,the locality in different crown is lower.These results were verificated by cutting test.There will be higher root rate with three years old shoot which is in shady and higher crown.
