The Problems Existing in University Library's Information Resources Construction and Solving Tactics

This paper analyzes on the problems existing in university library's information resources construction under the network environment,and puts forward some tactics for solving these problems,which include carrying out the unified management in the library,realizing the resources sharing of the reference rooms at university level and department level,making rational distribution of the funds,guaranteeing the long-term development of the resources,renewing the working concept,strengthening the concepts of sharing and cooperation,strengthening the service function,and digging fully the online information resources,etc.
