常压液碱法含碳物料的提纯

摘    要:在融碱法和高压液碱法的基础上,研究了含碳物料的常压液碱法提纯,考察了碱料比,反应温度,时间,粒度的影响,以及酸种类及酸洗条件的影响。用化学法及X光衍射分析了提纯各阶段灰中各组分的变化。

Abstract:The demineralization of carbonaceous materials is studied at atmosphere with aqueous alkali treatment followed by acid washing. In alkali treatment, ash reduction increases with the severity of reaction conditions, while the ratio of alkali to material is the most important factor. Acid washing is an important step but the change of acid washing conditions has less effect on ash reduction in the range of experiment conditions. In the optimum conditions, 90 percent of the ash can be removed. The mechanism of deashing process can be described as follows: Si and Al compounds react with alkali to form silicate and aluminate, while the remaining Si and Al change into complicated compound which is identified by XRD as nepheline. Pyrite reacts with alkali and forms hematite.
