| Abstract: | The argument that whether the real estate exists bubbles continues, mainly because of the lack of quantitative analysis is presented. On the basis of measurement of the real estate bubble in domestic and abroad it specifically introduces index of real estate bubbles the most widely used now. The problem of using index of real estate bubbles is analysed in quantitative analysis of our real estate bubble. Lastly a few suggestions for quantitative study of our real estate bubble is put forward. |
