| Abstract: | This paper briefly analyzes on the new features of the reference consultancy service of the county (district) level public library under the new situation,and probes into how to do well the high-quality reference consultancy service and lift the competitive power of the county (district) level library from aspects of transforming the service concept,strengthening the net service equipments and techniques,and increasing the eligible librarians,etc. |
