| 摘 要： | 染料中间体的保留时间与流动相的关系进行探索,并得到了在流速为0.25mL/min、淋洗液为16 mmol/L硫酸+10%乙腈的混合溶液、分离柱为CG12的Dionex 500离子色谱仪上能较好地分离,在电极电压为0.90V的直流安培检测器上进行测定.几种物质具有良好的重现性和线性关系.

| Abstract: | Ion chromatograph was carried out by DC Amperometry detection and with fixed in voltage of 0.90V, The CG12(2mm) column was used for separation, 10%CH3CN + 16mmol/L H2SO4 used as eluent with flow rate of 0.25 mL/ min. Experiment results show that good linear relationship and repeatability. |
